Refund policy

Unhappy with your order? Return eligible items within 30 days. Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging, tags and seals intact. Some items are non-returnable (e.g., electrical parts, clearance items). All special orders are non-returnable. We do not offer exchanges; please place a new order for desired items and return unwanted items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method. All returns may incur a restocking fee, which varies by item, return circumstances, and item condition but is a minimum of 10% of the items purchase price.
