  AudioFormz stands behind the quality of their products and are committed to ensuring you get the best performance from your audio roof system. If you experience an issue with your AudioFormz top, AudioFormz support team will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and determine the best solution. As part of the warranty process, customers are required to assist in troubleshooting and, if needed, swap out replacement parts. AudioFormz Team will provide guidance and support throughout this process.
  
  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning defective parts for warranty service. Once Audioformz receive the faulty parts, Audioformz will send replacement parts at no cost, including return shipping.
  
  Please note that AudioFormz does not cover labor costs associated with troubleshooting, removal, or installation of warranty parts. If a customer chooses to have a dealer or repair center perform any work, they will be responsible for those labor charges.

• LED lights and digital amplifiers can interfere with and affect fm tuner performance.
  Poor FM performance is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty. Contact AudioFormz support team for options on how to improve FM tuner performance.
  
  
• Important notice regarding SC-1 spray coating
  Audioformz warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of SC-1 High Gloss Coating (and other similar products and cleaners) on AudioFormz speakers or subwoofers. The chemical composition of SC-1 can react adversely with the glue and materials used in the construction of AudioFormz audio equipment, leading to potential failures and damage. Any damage resulting from the application of SC-1 High Gloss Coating will void the warranty for the affected products.
