As part of the warranty process, customers are required to assist in troubleshooting and, if needed, swap out replacement parts. AudioFormz Team will provide guidance and support throughout this process.
  
  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning defective parts for warranty service. Once Audioformz receive the faulty parts, Audioformz will send replacement parts at no cost, including return shipping.
  
  Please note that AudioFormz does not cover labor costs associated with troubleshooting, removal, or installation of warranty parts. If a customer chooses to have a dealer or repair center perform any work, they will be responsible for those labor charges.

The chemical composition of SC-1 can react adversely with the glue and materials used in the construction of AudioFormz audio equipment, leading to potential failures and damage. Any damage resulting from the application of SC-1 High Gloss Coating will void the warranty for the affected products.
